Job Description:
JRT Mechanical is hiring a Project Manager for it's Construction Division. The right candidate will have great communication and interpersonal skills. This position also requires someone who is self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. In this role, time management and organizational skills are a necessity. If you are looking for a great team to be a part, this may be just the place for you. Our Construction Division manages a variety of large new projects and retrofits. We work in strictly commercial and industrial environments and manage a large variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies manpower needs, procures material and equipment and manages the overall project
- Collaborate with the Estimating team on the Project Scope
- Communicate with the Foremen and Superintendents to ensure the project budgets are being met
- Maintain project schedules
- Create and manage project budgets, billings and change orders
- Generates RFIs.
- Forecasts overall project costs with JRT's finance team
- Provide direction to Project Manager Assistant(s)
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Exposure to Bluebeam a plus
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities to other team members
- Knowledgeable with Mechanical and Plumbing Sytems
