JRT is currently seeking an employee to join our team performing generalized Human Resource functions. We are a commercial construction company performing, Plumbing, HVAC, Pipefitting, Welding, Electrical and Mechanical Insulation service

Job Description:

Assisting in new hire orientation, paperwork and on-boarding
Become familiar with our compensation and benefits plans and assist our employees to understand them
Coordinate with JRT's apprentices to keep them in compliance with scholastic requirements
Post job openings and assist in the recruitment of new employees
Visit job site locations and interact with field staff
General administrative tasks as they apply to Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Previous employee on-boarding experience
Basic Office Skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Word)
Exposure to HR related Functions (desirable)
